SupportTeam Report post Posted 03/02/2013 09:24 PM In VoiceGuide v5 and VoiceGuide v6 you need to enable logging by setting the log levels to 10 in VG.INI as per below: [Log] VoiceGuide=10 NumberLoader=0 VoicemailManager=0 EmailSender=0 TapiWrapOcx=10 SapiWrapOcx=0 Is this for the sysem on which you have just installed a D/4PCI card and SR6.0 drivers? You should be using VoiceGuide v7 on that sysem, not VoiceGuide v6. VoiceGuide v7 should be used on systems that use Dialogic SR6.0 drivers. Share this post Link to post
SupportTeam Report post Posted 03/02/2013 09:31 PM If you are using VoiceGuide v7, then the wrong log files were posted. Posted log files are from VoiceGuide v6. Share this post Link to post

SupportTeam Report post Posted 03/03/2013 03:03 AM All D/4PCI series cards are supported under SR6.0 What feature do you like in VG v6 line monitoring that you do not find in VG v7 line monitor? Share this post Link to post
Guest fsoudbakhsh Report post Posted 03/06/2013 05:19 AM I have installed VG7. But I need to delete the log contents to see better my new called process for debugging. when I try to do so, I get message that the file is use Voiceguide IVR. I stop the VG, but still I get the same problem. do you have any suggestion for me? Share this post Link to post
SupportTeam Report post Posted 03/06/2013 06:16 AM The log files in VG cannot be deleted/overwritten while the VoiceGuide service is running. You would be able to delete/overwritte the log files if the VoiceGuide service is stopped. Share this post Link to post
