Guest enadhazeem Report post Posted 03/03/2013 07:32 PM I have a Dialogic D/41 EPCI & VoiceGuide 6. I have an application that depends entirely on the ability to detect CallerID. When connected to a landline, it works fine. When connected to a GSM gateway, it does not. I then connected the GSM gateway to a CallerID-enabled desktop phone (Panasonic) It worked. The Caller's number appeared on the phone's display but won't appear in Dialogic application. When I checked with the manufacturer, I was told the GSM gateway send CallerID using FSK protocol. My question is: 1) Does Dialogic D/41EPCI support CallerID throught FSK? and if it does, how to enable this feature. Would using a higher version of VoiceGuide help solve this problems. Thanks.
