on the pro version how can a mailbox user while listening to a message the user should get "to forward this message press?" and it should forward a copy to other mailbox

 

also i am trying to send email attachments it works from the scripts but not from voicemail box i am only getting an empty email

Are you using VoiceGuide v7 and the voicemail scripts that came with VoiceGuide v7 ?

Could you please post a copy of VoiceGuide's Debug Traces which capture the call, this will allow us to see what happened.

 

Debug Trace files are created in VG's \log\ subdirectory.

 

Please post the traces and the VoiceGuide script used.

 

When posting traces/scripts please .ZIP them up and post them as attachments.
