The script we are executing had been worked before, and after installing the license it stoped working. Does this line has any relevance? 112700.57 0 COM interface not supported in this version. SupportTeam Report post Posted 12/24/2003 10:49 PM ActiveX server functionality (COM interface functions) is only supported in the Enterprise license version. (see http://www.voiceguide.com/vgFeatures.htm ) Looks like you only purchased the Pro version... you can upgrade to Enterprise version for difference in price within 30 days. Just fill out the WWW order form and in the comments field indicate that this is an upgrade from the just bought Pro version and only the difference in price will be charged.
