I have to stop VG and DCM and again start them few time that line get free. I didn't have this problem before. any advice why this happen? Share this post Link to post
SupportTeam Report post Posted 03/23/2013 09:39 PM Evaluation version of VoiceGuide will stop answering calls after a while. If you have multiple lines attached to the system and calls are distributed amongst the ports then perhaps some the lines have problems. Can you post some traces capturing last working call and call attempts? We can then advise what the system is doing. Share this post Link to post
