Query From Remote Database

Hi,

I have a online mysql database which is in ISP server. For some reason I can't copy this database to the server which is in my office,work as telephone query. I'm wondering if Voiceguide can be set up to query the online database which has static IP address. And the MYODBC should be installed on local server or on remote server. Thanks for reply.

You should set up this database as an ODBC source, and set up a data source to point to this database... Please read the "Configure ODBC Data Sources" section of VG help file...
