Guest miva Report post Posted 03/26/2013 10:54 PM Hello, We want to play an announced message on a dial and conference but do not want a DTMF confirmation. Currently the called party must press 1 to accept the call, instead we just want to play them a message before connecting the caller to them, once the message has finished playing then then the two trunks are to be connected together. Is there a way to do this using the standard Transfer Call module and if not, can you please tell us how to do it manully. Thank you for your assistance. Share this post Link to post
SupportTeam Report post Posted 03/30/2013 09:02 AM Can you please post the vgEngine and ktTel trace capturing the call transfer as made on your system. Have you tried using "Dial and Conference - Monitored" type transfer, but still specifying the Announce Message? I think this is what you may want. If you still have issues can you please post the traces that capture the transfer that uses above approach (Monitored+Message) as well. Please .ZIP up all traces before posting.
