I was wondering if its possible, other than using voiceguide as a com object, to get voiceguide to check a database for numbers to dial. E.G. voiceguide checks my database and sees it needs to call 5551212.. It appears you have to have list of numbers all ready done to use the autodialer. Thanks. Share this post Link to post
SupportTeam Report post Posted 01/02/2004 10:12 AM You can set up a simple VB Script which every few seconds checks your database for any entries which need to be dialled and if it finds any then it reads the info from your database and instructs VG to call the number (use VG's Dialer_OutDialQueAdd COM command). If you need we can create this script for you - plz email sales@katalinatech.com with your exact requirements and we can issue you a quote for the job (usually around the US$400 mark for such jobs) - but it is usually preferable for a local person to write these scripts and just about any programmer who knows VB Script should be able to create one for you...
