SupportTeam Report post Posted 04/10/2013 11:57 PM ISDN operation needs to be first confirmed with Dialogic's isdiag before proceeding with installing VoiceGuide Please see: hhttp://www.voiceguide.com/vghelp/source/html/configisdnsetup.htm Uninstall VoiceGuide and use isdiag to answer incoming call on system. You can use isdiag to play a sound file and confirm caller can hear the sound file as well. Use isdiag to capture the ISDN trace of call being answered and sound file played, and post that ISDN trace here. Please .ZIP up any traces before posting. Share this post Link to post
