Guest Bob Report post Posted 02/18/2004 06:40 PM I have Dialogic D/4PCI card. I Run Windows 2000 Pro + Service Pack 4 I installed System Release 5.1.1.from Intell. My card came up as 'green' in DCM When I check My Computer-Properties-Hardware-Device Manager I see 2 devices "Other PCI Bridge Device" "PCI Device" Which one should I point to "dlgcsram_nt4" ? Both of them say "The drivers for this device are not installed" Then I tried to install "Dialogic TAPI driver" I followed instructions ... B. Click the Dialogic Generation 2 Service Provider for NT to select it (if it is not shown, restart your PC and try again). C. Click Add. The Dialogic TAPI driver (TSP) Configuration dialog is displayed. I Clicked "Detect Boards" and I got "No started boards found" Share this post Link to post
Guest Bob Report post Posted 02/18/2004 07:52 PM Drivers are installed. I still have exclamation mark next to-> "Other PCI Bridge Device" "PCI Device" Which one should I point to "dlgcsram_nt4" ? Share this post Link to post
SupportTeam Report post Posted 02/18/2004 10:07 PM I'm pretty sure it's the "PCI Device", but as mentioned before in http://voiceguide.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=1147 that exclamation mark in the Device Manager can be just ignored - if the card comes up as green in the DCM you can go on to installing Dialogic's TAPI&Wave drivers and using VoiceGuide.
