Voice Guide Dont Play Any Thing Help Me

look i have downloaded the voice guide 5.1.8 for dialogic hope thas ok .as i am on win 2000 with D4/PCI card and when i use voice guide application staus come waiting for call

when call comes it picks the call but dont paly the script s

its hang up so what coud be the problem i have tried the given VGS files as well as my vgs same happnes ..

help me

Could you please post a copy of VoiceGuide's Debug Printout which captures the problem, this will allow us to see what is going wrong.

 

(When running the script click on VoiceGuide's View menu and select 'Event Trace Log' option - any log information will then appear in this window. You must open the trace window before making the call.)

thankx now its working fine ;)

so now tell me that VG is a free ware or i have to buy lisence as i want to develop some application on this ..

tell the details will this expire after some time ...

what if i want to purchase the software .. tell e the cost

problem i want that when the ring comes on VG then it picks the line after 2 rings what if i want o make it pick the line and start recording when some one picks the phone

It is not possible to determine if the handset connected "in parallel" had been picked up.

To record calls VG much answer the call and start recording - it can start playing a sound file over speakers first before starting recording to alert people that a call should be answered.

Then after VG answered the phone (and started recording) the other handset can be picked up.

as per our conversation on voice logger . my requirement is that when a call center agent picks up the call then immediately his/her conversation should get recorded what can be the alternative ;(

You should probably look into getting a dedicated passive call recorder, see companies like www.nice.com
