I'm develping an IVR application for a company and am using Dialogic 120jct, Analog card, The problem is that my IVR can't afford to wait between two consective calls for too long a time (which in this case is around 10-12 secs). The card takes this long cuz this is how much it takes getting a loop current off signal here on my phone lines. I tried using PBXpert, tried it both ways(automatic and manual). In automatic mode, it fails the "connect" test and later shows "Failure" for ring and disconnect tone. In the manual mode, it does all the stuff, I even get the other phone ringing, but it doesn't show any results after the tones get learnt. Consequently I can't get no files. Is there a workaround? I'm pretty sure I'm doing as is in the tutorials, but still do correct me if I'm missing out anything. Regards, Nash Share this post Link to post
