amolinero Report post Posted 07/09/2004 10:29 AM Hi! I am running vg enterprise on a 16 port dialogic card isa D/160SC-LS (in Spain) on winXP pro, dialogic 5.1.1 s/w. Everything is right except disconnect tone,voice guide does not hang up when the caller hang up. I have seen in forum a lot of people have this problem. My situation is real similar than this case http://voiceguide.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=599 My telco is Telefonica in Spain. I do not what must be my "Parameter File", i am using "eu_d4p.prm", is it right? And by the other side i have record the disconnect tone but i do not how get the right tone diconnect. SupportTeam Report post Posted 07/09/2004 10:03 PM I'd try decreasing repetition count to 2 (or maybe even 1). All other settings are OK. Must say its a pretty strange disconnect tone. I have not seen the cycle of 3 short beeps followed by a longer pause signify a disconnect before... Cycle is: 200 ON 200 OFF 200 ON 200 OFF 200 ON 600 OFF Share this post Link to post
