Guest Clint Report post Posted 07/14/2004 07:34 PM I have voiceguide and use a dialgic d4/pci card with it. The dialogic card has worked fine for the first five months then it stopped working. What happens is that when I load the drivers, itll then be like I never loaded them. ITll say uknown device drivers not loaded. I tried it on 3 pcs, 2 of them win 2k and 1 win xp, all same failure. I sent card back to intel and they sent it back saying nothing was wrong. Does anyone have any idea what the problem could be. thanks! Share this post Link to post

Guest Clint Report post Posted 07/14/2004 11:26 PM The problem I have is before i can even use voiceguide , when i install drivers to the dialogic card, it goes under uknown device in windows and says drivers not required or not installed, even after i just installed them.
