By the way, we found too many problems after we installed VG 4 Dialogic patch, is it not stable enough to be on the production line?

Mesage stopped playing as the busy tone was heard. You can see this in the trace on this line:

092431.22 2 LsPlayMsg EV_UNKNOWN_134,BUSY

How have you setup the busy tone in ConfigLine.xml and does it match closely to what the actual busy tone on these lines is?

What problems have you experienced with "VoiceGuide for Dialogic"?

Where the problems perhaps caused by card detecting busy tone (as above) or was it something else?

There are no stability issues with "VG for Dialogic" while it is running (some sites get an error message upon exit - we're looking it this now).

Hi,

What happened was that I was cut off while I was listening to the message and the system gave out the log file, i didn't hear anything like busy tone on my phone, anything else could be?

I didn't change the busy tone setting in configline.xml.

I've posted some topics here about VG 4 Dialogic, you can search the topics posted by Jack_VR in the past a couple of weeks.

As I said before, the system was working good before we installed VG 4 Dialogic patch.

Yes. Message stopped playing as the Dialogic card reported that the busy tone was heard.

You should change the ConfigLine.xml file settings to match the tones played on the phone lines which you are using.

To find out the frequencies of the disconnect tone just record it using VoiceGuide's Record module (just start recording then hang up) and then analyze the frequencies using any of the more advanced sound editors eg: Audacity (http://audacity.sourceforge.net/) has a View->Plot Spectrum menu.

If trying to detect a continuous tone which does not have ON/OFF cadence you should set the "Repetition Count" to be 0.

There have been a few good threads covering this on VoiceGuide's Support Forum:

http://voiceguide.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=599

http://voiceguide.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=768

In 'VG for Dialogic' the tones are set using the ConfigLine.xml file, not using Dialogic TSP.
