Call Can't End Properly?

Hi!

 

I'm using the intel D/41JCT-LS analog dialogic card in

VoiceGuide version 5.1.2307.

 

Why most of the time the call can't end properly when

both side(caller & receiver) was hangup the call? Sometime, the call can't end, i'm need to press the hangup button...

 

 

 

Isn't the timeout for end up the call setting?

Where is the location was set the timeout for end up the call

when one of the side hangup the phone?

As far as hanging up the call after a certain timeout etc.

 

- please update your 5.1 Beta3 installation with new .exe (attached)

- please look at (and run) the script (in same attached .ZIP file)

 

the script demonstrated how after doing a "Dial and Conference" the call can be after a certain timeout disconnected to play a time warning message, then reconnected after playing a message and then after the time has ran out the call can be disconnected again..
